ASPIRE coaching program is an initiative by Cindy Koo who is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation) and Certified Mastery Coach (Corporate Coach Academy). Her mission is to give back to the community through nurturing deserving but less privileged scholars selected by the Foundation.
The program is grounded on the following 6 core values and includes individual coaching sessions* as well as a series of personal development webinars with the objectives of enhancing the scholars’ academic studies, developing their emotional agility and preparing them for workplace eventually. Group webinars are open to all current Foundation scholars.

“The coaching program changed how I used to view the world around me. Before this, I used to be very introvert and often did my work alone. The coaching program taught me the importance of working together in a group as the saying goes “No Man’s an Island”. Now I try to befriend my other colleagues one step at a time. Other than that, the program also opened my eyes to the importance of being in touch with my lateral thinking and how to solve a problem by thinking outside of the box. After discussion, I found that the most effective way to stimulate my lateral thinking is by observing my surroundings. It is for this reason that I think that the coaching program benefits me and I am truly grateful for the chance given to me.”
“I personally think that the coaching program had benefitted me a lot. The coach, Cindy, has a lot of life experiences to guide me to make the right decision. At many times, I will seek for Cindy for wise advices as my parents were too busy to discuss my matters with me. She also gave me a lot of mental support during my difficult times for example when I was doing my Final Year Project and my internship.
